One job, both ends of it

Built from the footings up
Posts on concrete footings, beams and joists, railing on top. And if what you've got is sound but gray, it can be cleaned down and refinished instead.
Closing in what's already covered
An enclosure framed into the space under a roof you already have, so a slab that was only useful in good weather works most of the year.
Tub out, shower in
Taking out a tub and putting in a shower, including low-step ones with a built-in seat and a grab bar. Also the whole-room version, surround, vanity, mirror and lighting.
